Shipping policy

Each item in our shop is handcrafted with care and intention. Because of this, processing times typically range from 3–7 days, as noted in individual product descriptions. To reduce the use of excess packaging, all items in a single order are shipped together once everything is ready. This means your order will follow the longest processing time among the items purchased. If you would prefer to have items shipped separately as they become available, please contact us here and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We do not currently accept order cancellations. However, we understand that needs and wants can shift. If your order has not yet been completed, we may be able to swap your item for another of equal or lesser value, depending on available stock. For example, if you purchased one spell jar but feel called to a different one, reach out and we’ll work with you to make the change if possible.
